About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Account Management team and drive revenue growth from our existing customer base. This existing vacancy role is responsible for increasing returning customer revenue, strengthening long-term client relationships, and building scalable processes that support retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can coach a team, analyze performance metrics, and develop relationship-driven growth strategies.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 CAD.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team to achieve retention and revenue targets
- Establish clear KPIs, performance expectations, and growth plans for team members
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, call coaching and ongoing training
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture
Revenue Growth & Retention
- Own revenue growth from existing customers, including renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
- Develop strategies to increase returning customer revenue and lifetime value
- Monitor churn metrics and implement proactive retention strategies
- Identify expansion opportunities within key accounts
Account Strategy & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand client goals and ensure alignment
- Lead strategic account planning sessions and business reviews
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
Process & Performance Optimization
- Develop scalable account management processes and playbooks
- Analyze pipeline, retention, and expansion data to drive performance improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
- Implement CRM best practices to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer growth roles
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing account managers or similar teams
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth from existing customer bases
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with CRM and sales reporting tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior leadership and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Passion for skincare, body care, grooming or related personal care segments, and alignment with Bushbalm's mission and brand ethos.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support partner meetings, product launches and trade events.
