As a Sales Development Representative Prospector (SDR), your focus is on nurturing, maintaining and cultivating customer relationships and success from prospected, inactive and current client accounts. Sales Development Representatives will be responsible for calling prospective clients and moving them through the sales funnel for pursuit of contract by SDRs who manage accounts. This role is responsible for continued outreach to prospects, prior customers for reactivation and those who use Business Wire competitors to contribute to the growth of the business unit year over year. Sales Development Representatives will also be responsible for managing outbound prospecting of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) generated from marketing campaigns.
