About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Corporate Sales to develop sales strategies, build and coach the sales team, and drive revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who takes a player/coach approach – you are at your best when you are managing client relationships
and
leading a high-performing sales team. Your consultative approach to B2B sales will be crucial to success in this role, and an understanding of B2B2C models will be an advantage – we make our corporate clients successful when we deliver memorable food experiences to their customers and employees.
This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as a leader in our growing B2B business unit, as you build our corporate sales team and hone our B2B offerings. As someone who has been successful in both start-ups and established companies, you will see this position as the best of both worlds: a start-up environment that fits well with your builder mentality and passion for data-driven experimentation, and the opportunity to represent a leading company with an excellent brand and mission, large D2C customer base, and outstanding products.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for customer-centric sales are key to success in this role.
As a sales leadership position, this role will be compensated with a combination of salary, commission, and bonus totaling roughly $135,000-165,000 total earning at 100% of plan.
Sales Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand our B2B customer base
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback and actionable insights
Client Relationships Management Responsibilities
- Actively manage key client accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Take ownership and drive to completion leads that are top 15% in potential revenue
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Team Building and Development Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluation
Strategy and Execution Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Identify market trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a sales team leader or in a similar senior sales leadership role
- Proven track record or managing client relationships and achieving targets for net new and retained revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a start-up environment is highly desirable
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively
- Proficiency with HubSpot and sales analytics tools
- Extensive B2B sales experience is essential, with an understanding of B2B2C dynamics preferred
