- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with company goals and objectives
- Establish a best-in-class enablement program to improve performance of existing reps and reduce ramp time for new reps
- Create and deliver sales methodology trainings and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
- Evaluate, acquire, and implement a Learning Management System to provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of sales and marketing efforts
