Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our CVS Inside Sales team onsite in Phillips, WI. This position plays a critical role in supporting sales and administrative operations, including proposal generation, order processing, print room support, meeting coordination, and cross-functional communication. This is a dynamic opportunity to build foundational experience while supporting key sales and engineering activities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Generate new machine and aftermarket proposals using CRM
- Process customer orders using XA/CRS systems
- Provide telephone support to customers and address routine inquiries
- Maintain organized files and accurate documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Support inside sales efforts and perform administrative tasks, including managing print room documents and publications
- Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for customer and internal teams
- Partner daily with team leader to support SEs, PMs, and engineering staff
- Create customer-facing story decks and presentations using PowerPoint
- Communicate with engineering and sales team members to gather information and ensure project alignment
- Perform cost analysis, reporting, proposal generation, work order creation, and data entry
- Engage in customer interaction and follow up on projects as needed
- Participate in other administrative duties as needed

- Communicate effectively and collaborate well with team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Familiar with CRM and ERP tools (a plus)
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and support cross-functional technical teams
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in sales, customer service, or team support roles is ideal
- Preferred background in administration, accounting, or finance
- Engineering experience or education is a plus
