Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive with a strong business development focus. Responsible for driving sales of our equipment solutions to new and existing customers across South America, with a strong focus on new business development. This role requires the ability to understand customer operational needs and translate our technical capabilities into effective, value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to understand current and future needs, building strong working relationships that generate qualified sales leads—with an emphasis on developing new accounts across South America.
  • Identify new market and product opportunities within the region and support the development of strategies and programs that enable successful market entry and growth.
  • Provide technical and engineering information on products, services, and equipment by responding to customer inquiries and preparing tailored sales presentations that highlight our solution capabilities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and pricing, preparing proposals and closing orders in alignment with sales targets, revenue goals, and regional growth plans.
  • Coordinate sales activities with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure customer needs, installation requirements, and service expectations are met throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Conduct pre-installation and post-installation seminars, partnering with field service teams to address and resolve any technical or installation-related issues.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends, providing insight into product positioning and opportunities for differentiation within the equipment and packaging solutions landscape.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in capital equipment, machinery, packaging, filling, or industrial automation sales.
  • Strong track record in new business development and consultative solution selling.
  • Engineering background strongly preferred (Mechanical or Automation).
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 50–60% across South America.
