✨ About The Role
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to optimize the sales process and manage the customer pipeline through active outreach and relationship management
- Conduct in-depth product demos to showcase how the software solves customers' pain points and work with users to understand their challenges
- Be the voice of the customer within the company, identifying opportunities for product improvement and collaborating with internal teams
- Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM, providing forecasts and reporting on customer acquisition and funnel developments
- Offer continued support and guidance to customers, aiming to improve their logistics operations through digitalization, optimization, and full automation
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced Sales Account Executive with at least 3 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the logistics and supply chain industry
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to engage with customers and internal teams effectively
- Self-starter with a results-oriented personality, demonstrating a hunger for growth and learning
- Highly organized individual with great attention to detail, capable of working autonomously with minimal guidance
- Enthusiastic team player who can maintain great relationships with customers and provide ongoing support and guidance
