Parts Wholesales Position

Cabrera Auto is in search of parts wholesalers for our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with customer service and sales of parts. Responsible for prospecting, making routes, relating to the client, selling, and collecting invoices. Always highlight the quality of product, service, and warranty that we offer. Provide the necessary information for the client to be convinced to purchase the product.

Responsibilities:

  1. Knowledge of the products we work with.
  2. Know the use of the product.
  3. Meet sales objectives and required quotas.
  4. Development of new clients/repeat accounts.
  5. Maintain a corporate image in client meetings.
  6. Define a plan for weekly visits to commercial entities such as auto parts, service workshops, quick lubes, or any other identity that requires our services.
  7. Attend to customer complaints.
  8. Identify the competition and inform your supervisor of them.
  9. Explain promotions and offers available for sale.
  10. Provide a quality service in general to both external and internal clients.
  11. Conduct demonstrations and/or coordinate with a product expert to achieve the sale, always in coordination with the Sales Manager of Parts.
  12. Know how to use the catalogs we have and make orders through (CDK) and/or any other program that the company acquires for Parts.
  13. Ensure that agreed deliveries are executed daily to maintain good customer service and fulfill the promise.
  14. Provide monthly sales forecasts.
  15. Billing and collection of client invoices (COD) and accounts on credit.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree/at least two (2) years of prior experience in parts sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and presence with the client.
  • Knowledge in parts catalogs, CDK, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or any other program required by the department.
  • Valid driver's license (PR/US).
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts, basic foundations.
