Job Title

Responsibilities

  • Planning customer-required installations, managing appointments and schedules of internal and third-party installers;
  • Call-center activities, managing inbound and outbound phone calls;
  • Collection and management of sales orders and invoicing;
  • Support to Business Development Managers in managing B2B clients.

Education and Skills

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a natural predisposition for interpersonal relationships.

Experience, even minimal, in similar positions in automotive, large consumer goods, or insurance companies is desirable.

Preferred requirements include knowledge of the English language and the main office applications, as well as previous experience with ERP and CRM systems (preferably Oracle and/or Salesforce).

A good ability to negotiate, seriousness, determination, initiative spirit, and the ability to work in a team complete the profile.
