As an Institutional Distribution Analyst/Associate, you will support consultant relations and sales teams in their engagement with institutional plan sponsors and consultants. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in asset management distribution if you are interested in financial markets, investment capabilities and engaging with others in a collaborative environment. The role is critical to the team's strategic effort to retain clients and grow assets under management across investment capabilities, from equity to fixed income to private markets. Responsibilities include acting as the team's liaison with our external constituents and internal partners – providing follow up materials, preparing briefing documents and collaborating on pipeline opportunities. We're looking for someone who embraces new opportunities to learn, thrives under pressure, can juggle competing demands with grit and focus, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to help achieve the firm's strategic goals. This is your chance to work collaboratively across with institutional sales, consultant relations, relationship management and investment professionals in support of the clients we serve – investment consultants and large institutional asset owners (public and corporate pensions, non-profits and insurance general accounts).

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Sales Force CRM: data entry, clean-up, validation and proactive reporting and engagement tracking for effective team outreach.
  • Create and update internal Power Point presentations, take meeting notes, track action items and follow up.
  • Manage contact lists and oversee the team's coordinated outreach related to specific offerings and firm announcements.
  • Assist with project work: pipeline tracking and strategic initiatives.
  • Regularly review consultant websites for current search activity and update business profiles based on client and consultant exposures, preferences, historical investment interests and decision-making processes.

  • Structured onboarding and mentorship with exposure to senior leaders and investment team members – across traditional and alternative investment offerings.
  • Client-facing opportunities and career path towards roles related to sales, consultant relations, client management.
  • Competitive pay, bonus, benefits, and professional development support.
