Pay range: starting at $20.00/hr or more based on experience. Schedule/hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., plus overtime as needed.
Responsibilities include providing advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs, processing orders via order management system, operating cash registers and following established cash handling procedures, preparing and staging orders for customer pick up, maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards as advised, ensuring that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas, and maintaining a safe working environment including PPE (personal protective equipment).
Qualifications include 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing is a great plus, general digital literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required, ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise, general math skills to allow for cash accounting, an ability to learn is a must have, and excellent decision making and communication skills. Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
