Financial Analyst

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. Seven years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications: Experience with AI or passion for the AI space. Experience with SQL. Excellent leadership and people skills with the ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results while building long-term relationships across organizational boundaries with all levels. Excellent financial modeling skills with attention to detail. Excellent business judgment, strong conviction and confidence to communicate and influence effectively with business partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams, identifying new business opportunities and evaluating initiatives.
  • Drive the analysis of key performance metrics, providing insights and advising management on actions to optimize performance.
  • Define and present the financial narrative for the business, simplifying data and providing insights to executive leadership.
  • Lead the development of financial models and forecasting methodologies.
  • Play a key role in the monthly and quarterly close and drive the monthly forecast process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results and outlook for the global Pixel Family business. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on problem-solving and project execution.
