About the Role We are looking for a senior Sales Operations leader to partner with the Heads of Global Accounts and Enterprise in the US and Canada. This role is central to how we scale our business with some of our most strategic customers and drive sustainable growth. As Head of Sales Operations, you will be a trusted partner to senior sales executives who manage large books of business. You will shape forecasting and pipeline management, lead commercial reviews, and design scalable processes and tools that enable teams to execute with precision. You will also play a key role in executive forums, bringing clarity through data and helping leadership make decisions with confidence. This is a high-visibility leadership role at the intersection of sales, strategy, and operations. You will work directly with senior executives, shape the way we engage with our most important customers, and build the foundation for growth in Global and Enterprise accounts. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year. For Miami, FL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$186,000 per year - USD$207,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$186,000 per year - USD$207,000 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$186,000 per year.
