• Leading and mentoring Directors of Sales and on-property sales teams.
• Developing and executing regional sales strategies tailored to local markets.
• Driving top-line revenue growth across transient, group, and catering segments.
• Building strong relationships with key accounts, brand partners, and community stakeholders.
• Analyzing market data, pace reports, and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
• Partnering with revenue management, marketing, and operations to align goals and execution.
• Being present in the market—traveling regularly to properties and key client meetings.

• You bring 5+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience, preferably multi-property or regional.
