The position of Regional Distribution Sales Representative for the Electrical Markets Division is responsible for engaging and growing assigned direct distributor accounts. Developing and driving division marketing strategies and sales growth, along with gaining shelf conversions while aligning to end user opportunities, are keys to success. Company Vehicle: This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution and two (2) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment. OR High school diploma/GED and five (5) years of sales experience in the electrical, construction or industrial market experience in a private, public, government or military environment. Located within Sales Territory (Southern California- preferably the Los Angeles Region. Sales Territory: Southern California. Travel: Includes 50% overnight travel. Relocation: May be authorized. Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $113,752 - $139,031, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
