Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team. This is a full-time position with early morning starts, Monday through Friday. The role comes with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and vacation. The route covers Walnut Creek, Richmond, Hercules, Dublin, Livermore, Castro Valley, and surrounding communities. The hourly pay rate is $29.33 to $36.66 plus monthly incentives.

The position responsibilities include achieving sales goals within assigned timeframes, executing sales plans and promotions at retail, maintaining compliance with quality control and product standards, planning and conducting regular sales visits to accounts, managing accurate inventory levels, monitoring product placement and rotation, and handling products from 25 lbs. to 175 lbs. on a regular basis.
Required education and experience include a bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 plus years of related sales experience or a high school diploma/general education diploma and 3 to 4 plus years of specific experience. The candidate must be at least 21 years of age, have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the company and state law.
