We're looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll focus on engaging B2B pool professionals through outbound prospecting and timely follow-up with inbound leads. Your primary mission is to drive dealer sign-ups into our loyalty programs and ensure a seamless transition into onboarding—encouraging early and consistent purchases of Fluidra-branded products. You'll help new accounts start strong by guiding them to explore and utilize key tools, digital resources, and exclusive product promotions through FluidraPro, laying the foundation for long-term value and growth. As an SDR, you'll be the crucial first point of contact—warming up prospects, qualifying opportunities, and setting up our Account Growth Reps (AGRs) for success. Expected hourly rate is $24.04 - $28.85 /hr.
