Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Four years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or a relevant advanced degree. Experience in working with business stakeholders, requirements analysis, and proposing solutions. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Preferred qualifications: Experience with SQL and other database, scripting, or business intelligence tools.

Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges. As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with Global Go-to-Market (GTM) and Regional Finance teams to enhance effective management of our first-party GTM expenditures. Function as the main finance liaison for the AMER GTM team, upholding adherence to financial guidelines and established internal compliance standards. Assume responsibility for monitoring and managing risks and opportunities for first-party in alignment with our internal business strategies. Manage first-party channel's monthly financial forecasting, emphasizing close collaboration with the various regional sales finance teams. Partner with marketing finance teams to ensure attainment of KPIs including return on marketing investment and customer acquisition costs.
