The Group Sales Manager is an experienced hospitality sales professional responsible for generating and managing group business for the resort. This position focuses on selling guest rooms, meeting and event space, and other Hyatt services to group clients while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include soliciting and securing new business, maintaining and growing existing accounts, preparing and presenting proposals, conducting site inspections, and managing all aspects of the sales process. The Group Sales Manager is also responsible for accurate documentation, timely reporting, and effective use of Hyatt sales systems and procedures. This role collaborates closely with all Resort departments—including Sales, Events, Operations, and Revenue Management—to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery throughout the group experience and to achieve departmental and resort-wide goals.
