Sales Support Team Member

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support team member to join our group in Huntington Beach, California. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role as the link between our company and customers, ensuring seamless communication and providing the tools and resources needed to drive sales success. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Input detailed product information into customer-specific portals with precision and efficiency.
  • Equip customers with the necessary product knowledge, marketing materials, and supplies to promote and sell company products effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships by responding to client inquiries promptly and with a high level of service.
  • Assist in onboarding new retail partners, ensuring their accounts are properly set up and supported.
  • Develop and tailor sales decks, line sheets, and marketing presentations to meet the needs of wholesale partners.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and other sales initiatives to drive growth.
  • Track and maintain vendor and internal portals to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance scalability.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account management, customer service, or retail/wholesale.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer technology and familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to create detailed and well-organized presentations and marketing materials.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience with sales-related tasks such as order entry, post-sales support, and inbound/outbound sales.
