LinkedIn is looking for a strategic sales leader to head our Global Small Business & Acquisition (GSA) organization in the NAMER region for LinkedIn's Talent Solutions business. This role will have third line leader responsibilities with 5 Director level direct reports, 25+ frontline managers, and roughly 200 individual contributors across 5 US based office locations. The acquisition portion spans SMB to Enterprise, and the customer portion is SMB focused. Combined, this person will oversee $300M+ in revenue. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver customer value at scale. This is a high-impact leadership position, playing a key role in accelerating growth, and contributing to LinkedIn's broader mission of creating economic opportunity globally.
As the leader of NAMER GSA, you'll help shape and execute our strategy to win in acquisition and SMB. You'll focus on scaling a data-driven, customer-focused business by building a high-impact team, championing innovation, and ensuring exceptional performance. LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $363,000 to $554,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
