AWS Training Partner Program Manager

To meet the growing demand for Amazon Web Services around the globe, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Americas Training & Certification Team. You will be responsible for further developing, managing and growing the AWS Training Partner Program in the US and Canada. The role requires a proven successful program management track record demonstrating accelerated growth through high value partnerships across IT Channels. You will be creating regional go-to-market plans focusing on business development and sales strategies.

To be successful in this position, you must be highly motivated, creative, able to think big, execute flawlessly, and stay focused on the details. Responsibilities include establishing business and technical relationships, managing the day-to-day interactions with our partners to build long-term scalable outcomes, effectively managing and measuring partner enablement and go-to-market requests, managing and jointly closing a pipeline of customer opportunities developed with our partners, collaborating with key internal stakeholders to further develop partner strategies and processes, utilizing CRM systems, data warehousing and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics, expanding existing AWS footprint with top accounts with focus on delivery of comprehensive training plans, driving new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes, and becoming a trusted advisor to the partner sales team to support deal execution, leveraging Partner programs, and coaching partners on best practices.

This position must be based in one of the listed US AWS offices including Arlington, Austin, Irvine, New York City, or San Francisco.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating and executing business agreements - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications - Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements - Bachelor's degree
