Salary $60,000 to $65,000 DOE
Provides excellent customer service for incoming callers handling customer inquiries and complaints
Generates quotes for customers/projects
Prospect for opportunities using online bid platforms and own the bid tracking process
Creates projects in front-end system based on quotes and contracts with a very high degree of accuracy
Provides administrative support to the sales team as needed
Handles inquiries and complaints
Assists management with report generation as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
High school diploma/GED
Prior experience in an administrative support role
Able to work in a highly collaborative environment
Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective professional working relationships with staff and customers
Strong computer and accurate data entry skills
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Ability to work overtime as needed
2 years of transportation/delivery in the construction materials industry preferred
Successful candidate must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) registration/clearance as well as ongoing alcohol and drug testing.
