✨ About The Role
- The Account Executive role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and developing a strong sales pipeline with inbound leads and outreach
- The position requires creating new opportunities within small, medium, and enterprise business segments in Turkey
- Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and providing accurate revenue forecasts
- The Account Executive will proactively address customer concerns, enhance existing processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
âš¡ Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience, including the full sales cycle, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in prospecting, building self-created pipelines, and confidently doing outreach
- Strong prospecting and solution/value selling experience with a "go and get it" mindset
- Self-motivated for continual self-learning, with a desire to take on extra responsibilities
- Experience in the startup world, e-learning, or HR industry is a plus
