✨ About The Role
- The Sales Director will act as a strategic business consultant and advisor to customers in the DACH and CEE regions.
- Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, demonstrating product value, and managing company resources effectively.
- The role requires developing and executing comprehensive account and opportunity plans while delivering accurate forecasts.
- The Sales Director will also contribute to marketing and product strategy by acting as the "voice of the market."
- Regular travel to customer sites, both nationally and internationally, is expected as part of the role.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience as an enterprise sales executive, preferably in SaaS or big data.
- A proven track record of closing deals with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $500,000 or more is essential.
- The candidate should possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex sales cycles effectively.
- Fluency in both English and German is required, with knowledge of an additional CEE language being a plus.
- The successful individual will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to engage diverse audiences.
