General Summary: The Director of Sales Operations Planning, National Accounts has responsibility for leading DSD execution playbook with our DSD Operations team and elevating our customer influence and performance to maximize growth potential. The Director of Sales Operations will partner with Customer Vice Presidents, Area GM's, Regional DOPS, RVP's, ASD's and ROM's while building relationships with critical customer decision makers at both Kroger and Target.

Requires both strategic outlook and management of day to day tasks. Strong technical skills and financial acumen. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions: Travel required (approximately 25-50%)

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $158,600-$227,900. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
