✨ About The Role
- The Area Sales Director will lead and manage the West region for Candid, reporting to the Vice President of Sales
- Responsibilities include motivating and inspiring Account Executives, recruiting and hiring effectively, and developing effective sales plans and strategies
- The role involves owning the P&L for the region, managing growth of revenue, and ensuring the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines
- The Area Sales Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing feedback and coaching to the sales team, and leading local meetings within the region
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced sales leader with a background in dental, orthodontic, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries, ideally with 5-7 years of experience
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring teams to achieve sales targets and goals
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate business direction effectively
- Ability to manage a regional budget and drive revenue growth through new account acquisition and existing account development
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides with an entrepreneurial spirit and a valid driver's license
