We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing, acquiring customers, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. You will join our 50-person, global team at a fast-growing seed-stage fintech. We're on a mission to transform how $670 billion in cross-border business payments are made each year in Africa. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be part of our growth hub in West Africa — building a deep understanding of the market and potential customers, testing new acquisition channels, and scaling those that work to meet ambitious growth targets.
