- Responsible for managing, coaching, and growing a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business growth - Develop and implement effective, repeatable processes and playbooks for the sales team, including pipeline reviews and forecasting - Engage in complex sales situations and late-stage customer negotiations with the sales team - Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, and Salesforce hygiene - Stay informed about the current market landscape, competitive strategy, and prospective customers' pain points to drive sales success
