✨ About The Role
- The Head of Sales will play a critical role in driving growth and awareness for CarbonChain, establishing and executing the sales strategy, and building a world-class sales team
- Responsible for leading and owning all revenue growth to $20M+ ARR, building a mature and scalable GTM sales motion, and implementing metrics and KPIs that map to the customer journey
- Will act as a hands-on player-coach, initiating opportunities, closing deals directly, and helping AEs and BDRs develop and close opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to nail GTM motions that support product-enabled revenue growth
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge in the market

- Experienced sales leader with a proven track record of scaling revenue from low millions to over $20M ARR and increasing ACV from $50k to $250k
- Comfortable working in a hyper-growth environment and navigating revenue-generating functions through different phases of company growth
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with a structured approach to problem-solving and management of key metrics
- Ability to pitch to traditional companies that don't typically buy from tech startups but are in need of compliance solutions due to rapidly accelerating regulations
- Passionately aligned with the mission of fighting climate change and helping critical sectors understand their carbon footprint
