Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, demonstrate a proven ability to grow territories, and consistently exceed targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar role, with a strong record of territory growth and target achievement
Key Competencies:
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and disciplined with an unquestionable work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel extensively, work flexible hours (including some weekends)
- Valid driver's license with ownership or full-time operation of a reliable motor vehicle
- Demonstrated success in selling FMCG
- Reside in, or within close proximity to, the assigned territory
