As our Home Care Sales & Community Outreach Specialist, you'll be the face of our organization—building strategic partnerships, generating referrals, and expanding our presence across the community.

What You'll Do:

Lead Local Outreach & Drive Referrals

• Develop and execute outreach and business development strategies to generate qualified client referrals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, rehab centers, discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations.

• Identify new partnership opportunities and consistently expand the referral pipeline.

Represent Our Brand in the Community

• Attend networking events, senior expos, events, health fairs, and professional meetings.

• Present our services clearly and confidently to decision-makers and influencers.

• Position Caring Senior Service as a trusted and reputable senior care provider.

Collaborate Internally for Smooth Client Experiences

• Work closely with the office team to ensure fast follow-up on referrals and inquiries.

• Help coordinate seamless onboarding for new clients.

• Provide feedback from referral partners to support continuous service improvement.

Track Progress & Achieve Growth Goals

• Meet and exceed monthly referral and outreach goals.

• Log interactions and referral activity in our CRM system.

• Adjust strategies based on performance and community opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales, business development, community outreach, marketing, or partnership-building experience. (Within healthcare or senior care is preferred.)

• Proven success in roles with targets, goals, or KPIs.

• Strong public-speaking and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-starter mentality—comfortable with autonomy and a field-based role.

• Organized and capable of tracking outreach activities digitally.

• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $55,000–$60,000 (DOE) + Commission
