Convert leads into successful transactions by delivering tailored solutions and maintaining strong follow-up.
Drive revenue growth through transaction and advertising-related services within the automotive listing platforms.
Customer Consultation & Account Management

Handle policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and billing adjustments.
Coordinate the issuance of invoices, refunds, and policy documents in a timely manner.
Operational Excellence & Collaboration
Ensure data accuracy and completeness across internal systems and customer records.
Liaise closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) and external partners (insurers, banks, customers).
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate appointments efficiently.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or general insurance
Excellent communication and follow-up skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
Confident in conducting needs assessments, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
Detail-oriented with good Excel and documentation handling skills.
A proactive learner with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
