As Hunting Acquisition & Inhouse Sales Excellence Manager, you will professionalize and scale the hunting and inhouse sales department to ensure sustainable growth and the placement of strategic offers (e.g. CaaS–ViWärme) by focusing on four pillars: structured hunting, identification of new system professionals, standardization of telephone sales, and continuous training of the inhouse sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Control of sales consultants and targeted approach to hunting customers.
  • Coordination of sales consultants for on-site appointments.
  • Creation, implementation, and continuous optimization of inhouse sales processes to ensure sustainable sales.
  • Training, coaching, and control of active sales conversations of customer service representatives in sales branches (e.g. tele-sales, offer follow-up, placement of strategic topics like CaaS–ViWärme).

This position was created to increase efficiency and achieve growth goals faster. You make a decisive contribution to the growth strategy and support the following strategic goals:

  • Growth in the heat pump sector.
  • Acquisition of new and potential customers (hunting).
  • Placement of the strategic goal CaaS (ViWärme).
  • Sales excellence and standardization of sales processes.

Responsibilities/Areas of Responsibility:

  • Responsibility for performance control in hunting (KPIs, pipeline transparency, conversion).
  • Rollout and adherence to uniform sales standards in the inhouse sales department.
  • Ensuring quality in lead processing and offer follow-up.
  • Close cooperation with sales branches, marketing, and product management for effective placement of strategic topics.
  • Continuous development of tele-sales scripts, guidelines, and training formats.
  • Monitoring the cost-benefit ratio and deriving measures to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
  • Very good German language skills in speech and writing.
  • Experience in building and acquiring new customers.
  • Proven experience in active telephone sales.
