Senior Manager, Sales

This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure efficient, high-quality service and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Account Management – Execute sales and pricing strategies to maximize market share and revenue. Meet and exceed sales targets, manage existing customer relationships, and act as the main point of contact for sales-related inquiries for reefer equipment, Genset and services including telematic sales (i.e. Lynx Fleet, VCT).
  • Business Development - Identify and cultivate new clients and opportunities for reefer equipment and services through networking, market research, and sales activities.
  • Market Analysis - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to drive innovation and enhance service offerings.
  • Coordination - Work closely with internal departments such as logistics, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless and timely delivery of reefer products and services.
  • Reporting - Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business opportunities.

Relationships

  • Reports to: Sales Director, Asia
  • Peer Relationship: Sales, Marketing, Aftermarket Parts and Service, Telematics, Logistics, Engineering and QA.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the reefer container, commercial refrigeration, automotive or mechanical systems or cold chain logistics industry.
  • A strong ability to identify market opportunities, generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales is crucial.
  • A deep understanding of the maritime or logistics industry, with a focus on reefer cargo, is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic visions for reefer operations and achieve KPI.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline.
