In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for identifying and realizing repair opportunities in the Northeast Netherlands region. You will ensure that our customers remain operational and provide solutions that add immediate value.

What will you do?

  • Proactively identify and follow up on repair opportunities.
  • Outgoing prospecting within the current customer base.
  • Collaborate with product management for new upgrade initiatives.
  • Realize growth in your region by selling Carrier's repair offerings.
  • Advisory sales: build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Prepare account plans and achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Use CRM and sales tools for planning and documentation.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline from quote to booking.
  • Coordinate repair work with service management.

What will you bring?

  • Higher education level in commerce or technology (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably HVAC or consultative service.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Results-oriented, organizationally strong, and comfortable in a technical environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and time management.
