Technical Sales Representative

In this position, with your technical understanding, you will ensure that our heat and power generation plant functions smoothly from the offer creation to the end of the contract. You will never lose sight of customer service, economic aspects, and the desire to actively participate in the energy transition. You will support our technical partners, your direct colleagues, and our sales team for heat and power solutions at Viessmann in technical questions.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) for our salespeople for technical questions and support them in offer creation
• You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) for our technical partners and are responsible for order tracking up to safe plant operation
• With your technical understanding, you ensure the implementation and feasibility of the offered services and thus ensure a smooth process for the technical partners
• You professionally accept telephone and email inquiries as well as complaints, process them independently and thus ensure "best-in-class" customer service
• You collect feedback from customers and technical partners and support the resulting improvement of our services
• You take care of our newly installed and existing customer systems and ensure a smooth operation together with our technical partners and our technical service

Requirements

• You have a completed specific vocational training as a system technician, SHK, mechatronics for refrigeration technology, electronics or electrician
• You ideally have experience in customer service, plant operation climate technology and in the handling of complaints
• You are comfortable using IT applications such as Salesforce, office programs, Gmail or SAP.
• You are organized, results-oriented and have a high level of understanding.
• Customer orientation, communication and teamwork skills characterize you.
