We're now hiring a Post-Auction Sales Concierge to join our growing team. You'll be a key contributor to our revamped post-auction process, with a core focus on helping broker a sale and connect buyers and sellers when an auction fails to meet reserve.

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that blends deal making, customer support, automotive knowledge, communication skills, and a genuine love of helping others. What You'll Do

• Negotiate with the high bidder and seller to create a sale if the reserve is not met.
• Build relationships and connect with our users.
• Provide tailored recommendations and resources to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Close deals via phone, text, email, and chat.
• Collaborate across teams to continuously improve our platform, tools, and internal processes.

What We're Looking For

• A deep passion for enthusiast cars and the automotive world.
• Proven experience in a customer-centric sales role.
• Experience providing high-touch customer support in fast-paced settings, ideally at startups, marketplaces, or online platforms.
• A professional customer-facing demeanor and the ability to quickly communicate with clarity, succinctness, and precision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational habits.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally.
• Adaptability, energy, and enthusiasm for startup-style environments.
• An eye for process improvement and a desire to make things better.
