SALES Strategy Analyst

Sales Analyst – Wholesale (NCD)

We are looking for a driven and structured individual to support the Wholesale Sourcing function. This role will work closely with the Director of Sales, Wholesale Operations and other cross functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, optimize sourcing operations, manage dealer partnerships, and ensure smooth execution of strategic projects.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, analytical, operationally strong, and comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Pricing, Operations, and external dealer partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Wholesale Sourcing Operations & Partnership Support
• Support expansion and engagement of New Car Dealer (NCD) partners across Malaysia.
• Coordinate dealer onboarding, SA registration, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring sourcing performance, on-going campaign performance & executing day to day operational tasks. (e.g. principal warranty checks, documentation verification etc.)
• Liaise with partners (e.g., banks, OEM, dealer principals) to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Conduct analysis of preliminary findings and provide valuable commercial insights
• Strategic Initiatives & Project Management
• Design decks, proposals, and business cases for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Coordinate & communicate rollout of new policies, SOP changes, and operational improvements.
• Monitor implementation progress and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track & monitor sourcing representative's target, incentive leaderboards & score cards.
• Work with cross functional teams to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Provide structured reporting and insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in resolving operational issues escalated from dealers or internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management or Data Analytic or Statistics
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, operations, commercial strategy, or automotive-related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data (Excel proficiency required; dashboard tools experience is a plus).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
