Sales Executive (B2B)

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS tech company with almost 2,000,000 active users and were looking for a Sales Executive (B2B) to join our team. Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing, and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack's products and solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structures/deals.
Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms.
Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.
Use CRM to its full potential to report, measure, and control sales inputs and outcomes.

Requirements:

Minimum a diploma degree or bachelor degree (D3,D4/S1)
A strong background in new business account acquisition.
You are a self-starter with stellar sales track records for SaaS solutions. Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities.
Have 2+ years of sales experience, especially in automotive, logistic, trucking, or corporate leasing. Prospecting and cold-calling experience.
A driven personality and eager to explore new business opportunities.
Good communication and listening skills to understand a customer’s needs and tailor a relevant pitch.
Resilience to always go the extra mile to close the deals.
Good communication & negotiation skills and good attitude
