✨ About The Role
- Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Provide clear direction, feedback, coaching, and recruit key talent to develop the Account Executive team
- Drive execution of the Call Box Sales Playbook and effectively communicate the value proposition to key prospects

- Proven track record as a successful sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present to all levels of an organization, including executives
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in motivating and managing sales teams
- Ability to develop and execute strong sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify and recruit successful sales representatives
