The Client Services Manager is both a dynamic client-facing sales role and a business development role. The successful candidate will possess the ability to find and close opportunities in addition to a large-picture viewpoint of the drilling and remediation markets. The most successful candidates will possess the ability to introduce Cascade's integrated-solutions in order to increase opportunities while concurrently having the technical know-how to identify our prospective clients and work with them to solve their challenges.

The Client Services Manager (CSM) contributes to company growth by nurturing client relationships across Cascade's entire suite of services - drilling, site investigation, and remediation services. The CSM leads business development activities in their specified geographic region targeting new, current and lapsed clients. These activities include in-person meetings, calls, digital communications, and representing Cascade at events throughout the Region with the goal of developing business connections and finding new opportunities. The CSM has a full support team including field operations, marketing, sales enablement, sales operations, technical subject matter experts, and client experience.
As a key member of Cascade's Revenue Team, the CSM collaborates with colleagues to establish and execute strategic plans to achieve opportunity and revenue growth goals. The CSM will gain knowledge of the Cascade family of brands, service line value propositions, target market segments, and competitive landscape in the assigned market area.
