- The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales of proprietary Softgel technology and an innovative portfolio of cosmetics formulations. - Achieving assigned revenue and new business targets will be a key focus, particularly in securing strategic New Wins. - The role involves building, maintaining, and growing relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and successful contract renewals. - The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. - Developing and delivering compelling marketing and technical presentations to customers will be part of the job responsibilities. - The Account Executive will attend regional and global sales meetings and represent the region at industry events. - Maintaining accurate and timely records of sales activities using Salesforce is essential for tracking performance. - The role requires frequent travel within the EMEA region, up to 50%.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a sales executive in the cosmetics industry, demonstrating at least 5 years of relevant experience. - A strong hunter mentality is essential, with the ability to identify and engage new customers effectively. - The candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, enabling them to build long-term relationships and influence key stakeholders. - A deep understanding of the Beauty sector, including market trends and customer needs, is crucial for success in this role. - The candidate must be fluent in English and at least one additional relevant European language, such as French, German, or Italian. - High adaptability and strategic thinking are necessary, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - The successful individual will be results-oriented, with relentless energy and determination to penetrate new markets. - Experience using Salesforce and proficiency in Pack Office are important for maintaining accurate sales records and managing customer relationships.
