As a Experience by Industrious Sales Director, you will lead the development and execution of our customer experience (CX) and digital sales initiatives across our extensive property management portfolio in the United States. This pivotal sales role will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, expanding client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey for both prospects and existing clients. The Director will integrate customer experience best practices into sales strategies, focusing on delivering differentiated solutions that align with client needs and CBRE's value proposition. This role requires a sales leader with a proven track record in consultative sales, and a passion for fostering strong client relationships through superior service and solutions. The role will work hand in hand with Client Solutions Sales Leaders who are focused on developing and managing the opportunity pipeline for CBRE Property Management and will include end to end sales cycle responsibilities. This is a client facing role and will involve travel to client locations when necessary.

The minimum salary for the Experience by Industrious, VP of Sales position is $170,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Experience by Industrious, VP of Sales position is $190,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
