What You'll Do:
At CBRE Advisory Indonesia, as a Senior Sales Coordinator, you will assist our Real Estate sales professionals in developing marketing materials such as proposal, information memo, pitch decks for all the business lines. The role will work closely with the Brokerage Operation Platform and research team to ensure delivery of proposals are on point based on data and that material is delivered in a professional and timely manner.
This job is part of the Sales Support function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions to be presented to new and existing clients.
• Work closely with experienced Real Estate sales professionals for pitch presentations to win proposals and pitch decks.
• Work closely with Regional team to request for sample winning pitches, decks and materials.
• Work closely with Research team to get data and relevant for the required information and for the tender pitch.
• Create share folders for all templates of proposal and pitch decks
• Personalizing pitches with data and insights to build credibility and address client pain points effectively
• Lead Qualification and Research to support the sales professional and teams to generate leads and qualify them based on criteria like budget and need, research detailed background information on the prospects and the companies.
• Content and Colleteral creation, including design, write up, and manage essential sales materials such as pitch decks, presentations, brochures, case studies ensuring all materials are professional and on brand
• Gather real time information during or post pitch to provide team and brokers real time data reports, insights from the CRM during the pitching process
• Handle routine communications, respond to basic inquiries and send follow up emails and after meetings, maintaining consistent touch points with prospects
• Serve as a liaison between sales team and other departments (e.g technical, operations, finance) to address specific client concerns, ensuring seamless experience
• Facilitate the collection and analysis of customer feedback post pitch as part of the learning process and to improve on quality of future services for overall customer satisfaction
• Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval
• Evaluate and select solutions from established options
• Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelors degree with 5 years of job-related experience in Real Estate
• An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
• Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
• Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
