Job Summary: The Cisco Sales Operations Specialist is a critical function of the Cisco Business Unit, responsible for supporting sales and the Cisco BDMs to ensure a smooth sales process through to close. The role will work alongside other members of the Cisco Business Unit to provide expertise on Cisco tooling, dealing with tool issues, maximising deal registration and ensuring accurate reporting. The role will build meaningful relationships across internal teams to collaborate across departments and provide programmatic excellence for the partnership.
