Job Summary: The Cisco Sales Operations Specialist is a critical function of the Cisco Business Unit, responsible for supporting sales and the Cisco BDMs to ensure a smooth sales process through to close. The role will work alongside other members of the Cisco Business Unit to provide expertise on Cisco tooling, dealing with tool issues, maximising deal registration and ensuring accurate reporting. The role will build meaningful relationships across internal teams to collaborate across departments and provide programmatic excellence for the partnership.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as the go-to expert on Cisco CCW and PXP, managing deal registrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
  • Deliver accurate reporting and data insights to support forecasting, pipeline management, and new business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on Cisco tool changes and enhancements, cascading updates and providing training for colleagues and new starters.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships with Cisco, partner managers, and sales teams to drive operational efficiencies and enhance CDW's reputation as a trusted advisor.
  • Support the growth of the Cisco Business Unit by maximising deal registrations, tracking year-on-year improvements, and driving operational excellence.
  • Contribute to competitive research and analysis, helping to refine offerings and strengthen CDW's market positioning.
  • Develop trusted partnerships across business units to create a consistent customer and coworker experience.

What We Expect From You:

  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco CCW (essential) and familiarity with PXP and other Cisco tools.
  • Proven experience managing complex deal registrations and resolving system/tool issues.
  • Strong data skills – able to extract, manipulate, and present insights to support forecasting, reporting, and business growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all operational tasks.
