You'll serve as a support hub for the Business Development Manager, taking care of time-consuming sales and operational tasks so they can focus on closing deals. You'll:
PH-based and legally eligible to work as an Independent Contractor 2+ years in Admin, Ops, or CRM-based support roles Confident in written and verbal English Proficient in Google Suite, Trello, Pipedrive or other CRMs Proactive and organized—comfortable working without a manual Self-starter who writes SOPs and builds structure from scratch Friendly, adaptable, and client-focused
Bonus if you have: Experience in AU/NZ startups or the construction/safety space
