Analyst I - Sales

Responsibilities:

• Assist Account Managers with quotations, proposals and client presentations.
• Maintain Customer Relationship Management systems with accurate client data and pipeline updates.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Coordinate shipment requirements with operations and ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices.
• Prepare shipping documentation for temperature-sensitive pharma products.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Generate sales reports, track Key Performance Indicators and monitor revenue performance.
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of pharma logistics and cold chain compliance is a plus.

Performance Metrics:

• Accuracy and timeliness of quotations and documentation.
• Customer satisfaction and response time.
• Contribution to revenue growth and pipeline management.
