⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly in HR tech or AI-powered solutions. - A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential for success in this role. - Exceptional communication skills are necessary to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives. - The candidate should possess consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. - Technical acumen is important, especially comfort with AI/ML-based products and navigating technical conversations with clients. - A proactive, goal-oriented mindset is crucial for thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - A strong belief in diversity, equity, and inclusion is essential, along with a desire to help companies create inclusive workplaces. - Experience selling to senior-level roles such as CHROs or Heads of Talent is highly valued, along with a strong network among Workday customers.
