Job Summary: Business analysis required to professionally support the diverse areas of Home Service Plus focusing on sales pricing and logistics. This position will be responsible for reporting, tracking, and analyzing; as well as developing and maintaining processes, procedures, systems, and measurements that enable the organization to evaluate costs, compliance, and business performance objectives. Essential Functions: • Work independently to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts/errors, and decompose high-level information into details. • Accumulate and compile statistical data using mathematical computations. Develop the data to reports, charts, forms, and effective, digestible presentations. • Prepare periodic and ad hoc statistical reports related to work order management, asset utilization, work management, and various financial and non-financial factors. • Develop KPI's with business leaders and ensure that they are distributed effectively, review results in staff meetings at all levels • Develop and maintain Standard Work Instructions. • Produce high quality products/documents, including accountability for the accuracy and validity of data and assumptions. • Administration of SAP master data ensuring uniformity, accuracy, and accountability of shared data. • Super User of SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting applications. • Must be proficient in SAP and at least one or more of the following reporting applications Power BI or Tableau. • Must be proficient in all the following Microsoft products, Excel, Power Point, and Word. • Collaborate cross-functionally with other work groups to achieve business goals. • Participate on teams and committees as assigned. • Researches, responds to and/or completes special project assignments, as required. Basic Qualifications: Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or other related major from an accredited college or university or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge. Experience: Requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience required in a financial analyst, business analyst or consultant role. Previous sales services or home services experience is a plus.
